I also deserve to feel good about my body and my health.
I know that this is in response to an emotion, and this feeling will subside.
I wonder what would happen if I chose another behaviour instead of eating?
I will feel really proud if I hold off on this. And it might make it easier for future impulses.
Action Steps for today:
Create your own list of real “treats” – i.e. self-soothing techniques. These items must be high-value items and leave you feeling better than when you started thinking about having a treat.
