Thinking Trap #3: “This won’t work - I’ve failed at every diet”

Self-critical thoughts from your inner saboteur are the greatest obstacle to lasting change. Examples below:

  • This will never work for me.

  • I’m too lazy.

  • I’ve tried so hard, and nothing is changing.

  • I did this to myself.

  • This is hopeless.
