Critical Saboteur

  • This negative, critical voice always wants to remind you that you are not enough

  • The Critical Saboteur reminds that any change for the better won’t last

 

I Can’t Wait Saboteur

  • Is that voice saying this program is taking way too long, and besides Keto, Fasting is way faster. 

  • This voice pushing you to be thin for “such and such” event. “You can’t fit into our clothes, you have nothing to wear.  You can’t wait forever for this program to work!

 

Yeah But – Saboteur

  • Endless reasons why this won’t work

  • Yeah but, it’s always been calories in/calories out

  • Yeah but, I once lost so much weight on a 1,000 calories a day

  • Yeah but, ……
